Near all shops, on both bus routes, Marine and Koeberg roads, easy access to Milnerton surrounds. 1 double unfurnished bedroom available in this lovely 4 bed home. Own shower room (not en-suite) with 2 shared toilets, one upstairs one downstairs. The bedroom is a sunny bright room, with dual aspect windows, and old world charming parquet wooden floors, and double cupboards, with mirror at built in dressing table. You will have access to, Kitchen for meal prep, dishes, use of cooking appliances, kitchen table to sit and enjoy your meals at. Access to fridge and washing machine, as well as enjoy access to the communal complex washlines, and communal complex garden, next door for a relaxed cuppa on the garden bench.

Electricity and water usage included (within reason) House helper included to 2 days a week (can be increased at additional cost). Wi-fi / internet excluded. DSTV excluded.

Your other roomies will be the two owners, two happy ladies Mum and Daughter, and 4 Pets (1 cat and 3 dogs). We enjoy peace and privacy.
