We have a spacious 3-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All common areas are shared. Security is very tight. CCTV and remote gates. The apartment also offers a swimming pool, lapa, and braai area, perfect for relaxing and socialising. Students are preferred. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy roommate to occupy 1 bedroom.
The housemates are quiet, well-mannered, clean, and respectful. One room is occupied by a student and the other by working professional we all value a peaceful, tidy, and comfortable living environment.
