This is a bachelor apartment on the ground floor of the Complex of 12 apartments. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. There is a communal washing line outside and also a drying rack inside the apartment for wet washing. The bathroom has a walk in shower/wet room. The main room has a double bed, 2 seater couch and single chairs. There is a smart TV and unlimited fiber wifi for your streaming. In the sunny, enclosed patio is a bar table and high chairs for dinning and also there is a desk for studying with a dedicated desk light.

Guest access: Guests enter via the garden, through the glass door into the apartment.
