This is a small, cosy, studio. In a gated community. This room is perfect for someone who is creative and loves a quiet, intimate place. You have your own balcony with high top chairs and wooden table and chairs. Modernised kitchen, a spacious open shower, clothing rails and wardrobe.

I am currently leaving the province for work. And I need someone to occupy the room for 6 months. I need a clean/ neat person who doesn’t host parties because I’m also very wary of my neighbours and we’ve never had to bicker about noise making so I wouldn’t want that to be the case. I take good care of my space and my things and I’d love for the next person to also do that. The area is a quiet suburb, I usually take my walks and runs because it’s a nice scenery, be ware that it’s a lot of hills/ steep hills. There’s a shopping complex (Checkers, virgin active, Woolworths, Kauai, Romans, dischem and a few other restaurants) about 3 KMs away from the place.
