The set up is a House complex. Our house has 4 bedrooms, so you’d be living with 4 ladies. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite, so you’re only sharing a bathroom with 2 ladies.

Your bedroom is connected to a sitting room so you’d have access to that for yourself. We have a decent sized kitchen, with a washer and dryer.

The WiFi and water is covered. We just cover the electricity amongst the 4 of us, and we pay for a cleaner every month.

The location is close to a shopping centre, local shops and restaurants. So it’s convenient.

Myself and the other housemate are close friends, so it’s already a friendly house with a peaceful atmosphere. We’re a fun bunch that loves music and exploring Cape Town. We’re all working girls, so we’re focused and responsible. We also prioritise a clean space, we clean up after ourselves and make sure the house is always decent. The last thing we want is to come back home after work to a dirty space, so more than anything we value cleanliness. If you don’t have that trait please don’t pursue this.
