A comfortable private room is available in a neat, owner-occupied home in Phoenix, Durban.

The room would suit a single working male professional looking for a quiet, secure and comfortable place to stay.

The house is occupied by the owner, so I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible and considerate of shared spaces.

Preference will be given to someone who is permanently employed and able to provide proof of income/employment and references if required.

I’m a working professional and the owner of the home. I work full-time and keep a fairly quiet, relaxed household.

I enjoy cooking, good food, technology, reading and learning new things. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also value privacy, cleanliness and mutual respect.

The home is generally peaceful, so I’m looking for a male housemate who is responsible, clean, considerate and comfortable sharing common spaces such as the kitchen and lounge. Ideally, you should be employed, independent and looking for a stable place to stay rather than a party environment. I have a dog so please be mindful of allergies you may have before contacting me.
