Room to share in Woodstock - 1 minute from Main Road at salt river circle.

This is a large shared room in a complex building. You will be sharing the room with one lady only The room itself does not have a kitchen or toilet inside - we all share the communal kitchen and toilets downstairs with other tenants in the building.

Location is excellent: 1 min to Main Road, Woodstock 1 min to MyCiTi bus / taxi stop 5 min to salt river train station 10 min to Cape Town CBD / Town Close to shops

House is secure, quiet, and rules are respected - no smoking and no drinking inside the building. Prepaid electricity shared fairly. You can Bring your own bed and fridge if you don’t have you can use my spare bed and fridge. Space is big enough .
