The complex, Avondale Gardens Diep river is extremely safe as it is a gated area with 24/7 security guards patrolling the area. The room is cozy. There are amazing facilities in the complex like a laundry and dryer room, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The complex is situated 5 minutes away from the train station and about 10 minutes away from the main road, making it very convenient for everyday commute

Single mom with her daughter in university and 9yr old son. We are a Christian family who values peace and quietness and no noise.We are mostly not home during the day only in the evenings.
