The room is situated at the tail end of the property, it has it owns bathroom (not en-suite, but dedicated only to that room). Own entrance and small outside yard area. Parking is available, but not on the property, about 300m away at another property. Nice cupboard space within the room and laminated floors. The area is quiet and safe, 24/7 armed security monitors the street day and night. Close to amenities and only 1km from Olivedale clinic.
There is currently a family staying on the property full time. This room will be at the end of the house. There are two more rooms that will be opening up to roomies in the near future, all of which will be separated onto One half of the property.
