This house is centrally situated, so we are exactly 27 minutes away from Cape Town CBD and 27 minutes away from Stellenbosch CBD.
I am 29 years old, a mechanical engineer with a passion for business, cars, art and music. I’ve been hosting my shared house for 4 years and found that the most important aspect is to choose the right guests who share the house together. Focusing on this helps me to facilitate a harmonious environment of like-minded individuals.
That said, we have 4 bedrooms; 2 rooms are currently occupied by long term guests, male(30s) and female(50s). Both exceptional people who are super tidy, well-mannered and easy to get along with. The other 2 rooms are mostly occupied by travellers of various ages, staying both short and long term. We frequently host guests from Germany, France and Brazil. Sometimes locals find themselves here too!
