The available bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, TV and air conditioning, with sole use of a separate bathroom featuring a spacious vanity and large shower.

The apartment has a shared lounge with couch, TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, and access to a communal garden. Gated parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no designated parking bays.

The location offers the best of Camps Bay, with the beach, restaurants, cafés and other attractions all close by, while still providing a quiet and peaceful home environment.

I’m a software developer in my 40s and work from home, from my own bedroom/workspace. I’m a non-smoker and am looking for a non-smoking flatmate.

I enjoy having a friendly and sociable home, while also valuing peace, privacy and a relaxed living environment. I enjoy good, meaningful conversations, board games and walking on the mountain.
