Three bedroom townhouse with splash pool and braai area available as a house share in Lorraine. Two single rooms sharing one full bathroom (only 2 people sharing the bathroom) @ R3750 per month, deposit R5000. One room with ensuite bathroom @ R4250 per month, deposit R5500. Two of the rooms have separate entrances. Kitchen equiped with fridge and washing machine. Electricity is prepaid, water is billed with the rent. Weekly cleaning of shared spaces and pool maintenance included.
