Hi! I’ve got an unfurnished room available in Fish Hoek in an otherwise fully equipped 3 bedroom house.
Spacious kitchen and lounge / dining room with a fireplace. I just built a large wooden deck out back and am working on furnishing it for summer! The garden is an ongoing work in progress :)
The room is freshly painted and neat, just needs your personal touch with furniture. I’ve got a queen bed available if needed.
Located about a 7 min walk from Fish Hoek Beach and the train station.
I have a cat. She’s really sweet and friendly but mostly sticks with me / my room. No other pets allowed unfortunately.
We enjoy listening to music around the house at a reasonable volume, and friends pop in sometimes (not parties or anything).
Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am. Secure parking available behind the gate under a carport. Rent includes water, electricity, wifi, domestic once a week, and alarm / security company.
I’m specific about cleanliness and have a list of basic rules regarding this. If we’re not aligned on these things we won’t be a good fit, I enjoy keeping a really clean space!
