About the room
Large newly renovated furnished room, with own bathroom with bath and shower. Parking and WIFI included. There is also a laundry room with indoor hanging space. The kitchen and rest of the spaces in the house will be shared. There is a big garden with entertainment area. The house is situated in the Moot in an old, quite residential area, within walking distance of shops. The area is close to Pretoria CBD, some of the Tshwane University of Technology campuses, about 7km from University of Pretoria There is a domestic helper and if you require her to iron or clean for you that will be available at an extra fee.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the house with one female and two cats and two dogs. You must love cats and dogs as they rule the house. If you have a dog they are welcome if they are well socialized and friendly and familiar with cats. Smokers are welcome, but there is a strict no smoking rule in the house. I am outgoing and talkative and is usually around the house as I paint in my free time.
