The house is located behind the old post office building in Balvenie, Elsies. Right off Halt road, so easy to get to taxis if necessary. Basically out of the gate, a few steps and on Halt Road.

Single rooms available in shared house:

2 spacious rooms available- R3200 pm per room (excluding electricity) - single person

Separate bachelor/studio section with its own kitchen and bathroom - could work for 2 people - R4800 single person; R5600 - 2 people (excluding electricity)

Rooms include a basic wardrobe. Deposit of R2000 plus one month’s rent paid in advance upon moving in. Rooms available from 1 September.

I am a trustworthy and approachable landlord and currently one other peaceful person lives in the house. Looking for people with sober habits.
