A comfortable two-bedroom duplex house in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch, right across from the KwikSpar.

The area is very safe with a MySpace dormitory across from the home that has 24/7 security. The available room is private with a double bed and comes with access to two shared bathrooms, while the rest of the house is shared. The house has a comfortable, homey feel with a living room, kitchen and outdoor space, and there is a lovely dog who is very much part of the household.

I’m looking for someone who wants to actually enjoy living here rather than simply having somewhere to sleep. The house is relaxed, comfortable and suited to someone who likes having a friendly person around while still having their own private space.

Electricity is prepaid and split between us. Wifi and water is included. The room is available in a great location for someone studying or working in Stellenbosch.

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate who is around 20-25 and wants a friendly home, rather than just a place to sleep.

I’m studying culinary, so I spend a lot of time cooking and baking, and there will probably always be something happening in the kitchen (which I am quite precious about). I’m also really into fashion, decorating, books, anime and I’m quite the homebody. I love people who are open-minded, have a good sense of humour and aren’t afraid of being a little weird.

I’m looking for someone who has their own life and independence but also enjoys having another person around. There is a dog in the house, so you need to be comfortable with dogs.

I also smoke occasionally, so I’d need someone who is either keen for a smoke every now and then or genuinely doesn’t mind living with someone who does.

I’m looking for someone who is clean (basically OCD), respectful, considerate, open-minded and friendly. I’m not looking for a party house, but I’m also not looking for the kind of roommate situation where we silently nod at each other in the hallway.
