About the room
1 Room available in George, not far from the Garden Route Mall and industrial area. The property is located on the edge of Levallia near the Rosemore Old Age Home and opposite a retirement village. There is 24/7 security across the street. The rooms are fully furnished. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared. In the kitchen there is a microwave, stove (2-plate x 2), toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge, and box freezer. Tenants are required to pay for electricity, while the landlord supplies the gas (connected to a gas geyser). Water is on the landlord’s account. Electricity per month will be R500 per tenant (payable online, proof shared with landlord).
About the roomies
There are three other working professionals currently renting rooms, as well as one 3rd and 1st year NMU student. Everyone is getting along well and I am looking for one last tenant to fill the last room.
I need someone who can blend in without having bad habits.
