The unfurnished studio apartment is situated in a quiet boomed off residential area. Access to the apartment is private, and upon successful vetting, signing of a lease agreement and payment of the related deposit amounts, the tenant will be issued with access to the private property. The apartment has excess cupboard space, a short passage and own ensuite bathroom facilities. Viewing must be booked and certain verifications will be done upfront before viewing. There is a shared parking lot and you will be allocated a behind the fence parking space. Off road parking is not allowed for tenants. Both the geyser and cooking is fueled by LPG gas. The tenant is responsible for its own gas, cylinder and cooking. The landlord will manage the geyser system. The utilities will include a proportionate gas, electricity and water usage charge.

I am the owner and lives on the property. There are other tenants but all occupy independent apartments. We have our own dogs and do not allow any other pets on the property or in the rooms. The allowance of Service dogs will need to be vetted before consideration, these will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The garden is kept by the landlord and does not form part of the rental agreement. Acces to the family quarters and entertainment areas are not included in the rental.
