This is a very large, peaceful and very safe home. The room is brand new, the space has never been used. With the room, you have access to the rest of the house as well. The large indoor swimming pool, large self catering kitchen, laundry facilities, dining room, a shared bathroom (shower only). There is also a safe and secure lock up garage. We do offer uncapped WiFi (broadband fibre), as well as solar. Comforting knowing that power failures won’t happen. The home is located in the south of Johannesburg, Rosettenville. There are a lot of food outlets and transportation within walking distance from the home. It is also about 10 minutes drive from Jhb CBD.

The other roomies are all very nice, polite and respectful towards each other. Everyone works different hours, so you might not see much of each other..This is a happy home, with sober habits, love and respect.
