Hi there,
I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. The Complex is Feather Tree. The rent is R7000, the room you will be occupying is R3000. The water and electricity are billed. It’s been 2500 max so far, that would be split between us. I do have fiber, it’s 700 a month. If you’re interested, we’d split that as well. We will be sharing the common spaces. I live with my toddler. I would love to share with someone who has a child as well, at least not older that 10.
