Furnished room with a Queen sized bed in a two bedroom, two bathroom Parkhurst home, shared with one dog. Doggie is an inside and outside dog. Built in cupboards. House with a lovely garden. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Central, prime location in the heart of Parkhurst. Close to Rosebank, and an easy commute to Sandton, CBD and surrounds. Walking distance to 4th avenue restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood. Utilities - would have to contribute to bills (water, electric, WiFi, but I can cap this at a nominal amount dependent on the roomie)

About the roomies

Roomie must love dogs. The property has a cottage in the back which is used for short term rentals. I work from home so looking for a roomie who’s work is hybrid or does not work from home. Ideally a professional or a full time student. I am pleasant, easy going and home can be a sanctuary for both of us.
