Hi I’m looking for someone to share an apartment with and go into a lease agreement together.
I’m hoping to find a 2-bedroom apartment in Die Hoewes, Lyttelton or surrounding areas, with a total rental budget of around R8,000, ideally meaning R4,000 or less per person.
I’ll be staying with my child, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable sharing a home with a parent and child. I’m also completely open to sharing with someone who has a child of their own.
I’d prefer to find the apartment together so that we can both agree on the location, complex and living arrangements, and make sure it works well for everyone.
I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, financially reliable and considerate, and who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
