Cute 2 bedroom home in Parklands Pioneer Valley. Sharing with a single mum and 3 year old toddler whom goes away on weekends to his dad (1 weekend he might stay in the month). Water, electricity, fibre, 1 parking bay and everything from working wash machine to dry buddy to airfryer can all be used and shared. Room comes with a clean 3/4 bed and build in wardrobe. Will include the following too for the month ( 2ply toilet paper, handwash, dish washer, handy andy, toilet cleaner and airfreshner)

32 year old quiet decent lady. Very respectful and responsible. Work Mon- Fri and just relaxing at home with a book and glass of wine on weekends. Weekends Mostly for sleep
