I’m looking for a responsible, clean and mature roommate to share a lovely space with.

• Is between 28–35 years old
• Is employed/working
• Is willing to commit to a 12-month lease
• Is very clean, neat and respectful of shared spaces
• Is financially responsible and pays rent and bills on time
• Doesn’t mind having a roommate who enjoys a drink, drinking is absolutely fine, as long as it’s responsible. 🍷
• Values a peaceful, drama-free and comfortable home
• Communicates well and respects boundaries and privacy

The main reason I’m looking for a new roommate is because my current roommate recently received a great job opportunity in another province, which was an opportunity she couldn’t pass up. She’ll therefore be moving out, and I’m now looking for someone who can fill her space.

We’ve had a really good relationship as roommates, so I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m not problematic and I value a peaceful, comfortable and respectful home environment.
