It’s in a safe area, security at the gate, cameras, gate opens automatically after scanning the disc on your car. The apartment has a beautiful balcony facing a nature reserve with nice green grass. There is a pool and public transport is easy to access. The apartment is fully furnished, just bring your bed as mentioned above :)
