The room is in a great apartment complex that’s well secured and managed. Rosebank is a lovely area that’s close to UCT, Rondebosch for shopping and transport (5 min walk to train station, taxis and Ubers are available as well

The rental includes water and WIFI, all flatmates contributes towards electricity and it’s usually R300 but can be more in Winter. The apartment is shared with 3 other lovely ladies

We are a friendly group of working professionals in our 20s who love maintaining a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home. We operate as an easygoing and supportive group, always happy to help each other out whether that means collecting a package or lending a hand when needed.
