I’m currently viewing a few 2-bedroom apartments in the Century City/ Milnerton area and looking for someone who would like to team up with me and secure one together.

I’m targeting apartments around R7k–R8.5k per person, ideally within 5km of Century City, with the preference for furnished or partially furnished options.

I’ve already identified a few suitable properties and am currently working through viewings/landlord availability.

The idea would be for us to agree on a place together before either of us commits to a lease.
