This is a very quiet place. It’s very secured in a gated community. It’s suitable for someone who’s very sober and private. A deposit is required. I’m very private and keep to myself. I need someone who’s clean and maintains orderliness.

N.B : There will be a roommate agreement to sign before moving into the apartment.
