Your Private Space

This warm and cozy private bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. The room is located within a quiet, residential apartment block in Kenilworth.

You’ll share the apartment with one other tenant (male), including a single bathroom, in a quiet and independent household atmosphere. The shared living space is bright and comfortable, with a lounge, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen — complete with dishwasher, oven, freezer, and washing machine. A designated carport parking spot is also included within the secure apartment block.

The Balcony A quiet balcony overlooks the garden — the perfect spot for your morning coffee, birdsong, and the occasional visit from two neighborhood cats who like to nap on the balcony bed.

The Neighbourhood Step outside and you’re within easy walking distance of Kenilworth’s local highlights: cafes, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the train station are all close by. Local favorites like Banana Jam, Fat Harrys, Bardelis, and a Sorbet salon make daily errands effortless.

It’s a quiet, productive base — perfect for balancing focused remote work with a relaxed local lifestyle.

About the roomies

Chris is a friendly guy in his 40’s, working as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. We both lead healthy, low-key lifestyles, with the occasional fun social night thrown in. We each keep to our own routines and spaces, respectful of one another’s privacy and time — Chris mostly keeps to his own room, so you’ll have plenty of space and independence too.
