About the roomies
I live by myself and have a spare vacant room and a guest bathroom the potential flatmate would use right next to the room fitted with built in cupboards, bed, headboard and fully carpeted. The building is quite calm and quiet and does not allow pets nor loud noise that would impact the rest of the tenants. Same goes for myself, neat, clean, introverted individual who would like someone who’s personality would compliment mine.
