Hello!

I’m a young-at-heart 57-year-old grandmother, and my 9-year-old grandson lives with me full-time.

I have a furnished bedroom available (for 1 roomie) in my two-bedroom ground-floor apartment, situated in a secure complex, Amberg Estate, Paarl. The room includes a built-in cupboard, a single bed, and two bedside tables.

The apartment is fully furnished, and you’re welcome to make use of everything, including the washing machine, refrigerator, and other household appliances. There is also a private patio with a built-in braai, perfect for relaxing.

If you have a vehicle, one covered parking bay is available.

The accommodation is available on a month-to-month basis for now. The monthly rental includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. Food is not included.

I do smoke, but only outside on the patio.
