This is an attractive and peaceful small hut in the garden. No smokers or sleepovers allowed. Proof of employment or income is required. My past roomies have worked in the area and found the place central, safe, and comfortable. This is also a great temporary home if you are moving to Jhb from another province.

I live here with my cats. I work from home and am looking for a quiet and responsible roomie to live in my garden room. Some of my past tenants have stayed up to 4 years, but others have stayed anywhere between 3 and 14 months.
