A small but comfortable garden hut. The room is private and not sharing. The area is peaceful. I am looking for a quiet and clean tenant for month-to-month rental. The room is furnished, with a single bed, desk, kitchenette, cupboard, TV (optional) and indoor toilet. There is a private shower in the garden. No smokers. Rent includes one person only, no sleepovers. Water and wi-fi are included in the rent but electricity is metered. Extra R200 per month for using the washing machine once a week (please hang up your own laundry).

I am looking for a quiet non-smoking tenant for a month-to-month contract. Possible option to renew if we get along well. Various past tenants have stayed 4 years, 1.5 years, 6 months, 3 months, or 1 month. My past tenants have worked at shops in the area or moved to Johannesburg from other provinces. It would also suit a student. The space is too small to work from home long-term. I have cats on my property but they do not go into your space.
