About the room

It’s an absolutely gorgeous area, lots of nature and trees. The bedroom looks out onto the garden and the street. Walking distance from a Spar, Clicks, Mediclinic, and some Take Away places. Also access to Southern Line Train.

Theres a lovely garden in front of the house, and a nice paved back yard space. Spacious living area with a fireplace.

To Note: I am looking for someone to take over my lease in this house share due to losing my job. The lease is only until end of Jan, with the option to renew.

About the roomies

Your roommates would be two women, both who have partners who occasionally stay over. They are smokers and stoners, and we even have a little room in the back yard to smoke in during the winter times.
