A private bedroom in a very secure complex in Durbanville. There are several layers of security and parking inside the complex is included. The neighbours are reasonable and friendly. The area is on the same street as a gym and several shops including a checkers and a dozen cafes. I’ve found the area to be very safe and non-noisy.
The room is unfurnished save for a new single bed that is already in it. I’m willing to negotiate on the rent. Ideally I would like to go halves on the cost of water, electricity and wi-fi.
I’m a 27-year-old novelist who works from home. I don’t drink or smoke and when I meet friends I tend to do so at one of the local cafes. I’m respectful, I do my own share of chores and I’m eager to compromise so both people can enjoy a comfortable, pleasant space.
