This modern apartment has beautiful ocean views and spacious living areas. It is fully equipped but you’re welcome to furnish your room. (It comes with 2 single beds, bedding, 2 bedside tables, blinds, spacious cupboards, a small table). There are two bathrooms but one has a shower and one has a bath so we’ll each have a bathroom but will share the shower & bath. There is currently no wifi or cleaning service, but I’m willing to look into that and split the cost. Electricity is prepaid. You will have an outdoor parking, within a safely gated area. The apartment building is very safe. Not pet friendly. On the 3rd floor.

I am 27 years old and work as a primary school teacher. I’m a Christian and it’s very important to me to find a housemate with the same morals and values. I’m pretty easy going, but big on respecting one another- cleaning up after ourselves and communicating open and honestly on what’s going to work best for us. I love being social (no parties) and having friends/family visit but within limits. I also love getting out and active and enjoying the beauty around us. My goal is not just to be housemates but to become good friends. If you’re interested, I’d love to meet up once or twice and obviously a viewing can also be arranged.
