The house is a semi detached 2bed, in a secure complex in Harfield Village, Claremont. It is walking distance to all the shops (Spar, PnP etc.) The room comes with built in cupboards and can be furnished (single bed, desk chair) or empty. Bathroom is shared. The house comes with a small garden. Security cameras around the complex with electric fencing. The house comes with 2 cat residents 🐾 Im willing to consider another cat, if measures are put into place for introduction.

I’m pretty easy going, can be a bit of a hermit at times. I’m a research analyst in the ICT industry and work from home a few days a week. I like trying new things and prefers walking to running. I enjoy baking, and a lovely day out would include some wine tasting, good food and chatting with friends.
