We are located on the Main Road giving easy access to a wide variety of shops and public transport. We are also close to lower main road in Observatory, for those who like to go out. The room is quite small so we ask for only one person to move in.

The room comes unfurnished but if you want it furnished, it will be an extra R250 per month. Water, electricity and wifi should be extra +/- R1000 per month.

The apartment itself is quirky and we even have an outside, shared garden area! There is space for one car so if you’re driver you won’t have to worry about on street parking.

So it’s my boyfriend and I living by the property. I’m in college and my boyfriend works from home, but he often goes out during the workday. We are quite social and like to invite friends to the apartment so we’re hoping whoever moves in doesn’t mind that and will hopefully become friends with us too! We are tidy and make sure to keep communal spaces clean but not super militant about it.
