Unfurnished single bedroom with built in cupboards and a desk in a 4 bedroom double storey house. Available to a single professional male or female. House is located in quiet area. Walking distance to lansdowne or crawford station. Near to Spar, woolworths and soon a Checkers in walking distance. Swimming pool, braai pit and indoor braai in entertainment area for use as well.

About the roomies

Myself and husband staying upstairs with our own lounge, toilet and shower. My daughter and partner staying in one of the bedrooms downstairs. We share the kitchen. Our motto is clean as you go and respect for one another. Quiet and peaceful environment.
