Hi There. I currently rent a two bed flat. I am willing to rent out the other room. We will share a bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Your room is unfurnished. Otherwise Cosy stylish, furnished apartment. The room is painted grey and has an exposed brick wall on one end it will make it easy to style and on the sunny side of the apartment so its often warm. One parking spot available. Looking for a friend, down to earth and reliable person. Tidy and is good with sharing a space in terms of boundaries and not a loud lifestyle (doesnt party a lot or doesnt always have people over).

I am an ambivert so i really enjoy my space. I am friendly, accommodating and I am a Christian. Would appreciate someone of the same faith.:) I look to be working from home soon.
