Second bedroom available near Elardus Park. Dedicated covered parking and swimming pool access available. The bedroom is for your private use, and then access to the rest of the apartment. There is another tenant in the main bedroom with his own bathroom. Electricity costs are shared by tenants, water and garbage disposal is included. Spar is walking distance, and the Nature Reserve is close.

The other tenant is English speaking, he is 26 years old and works during the day. He has his own RAIN internet. He cleans well and keeps to himself mostly. Very nice guy.
