The house is located in Sandown (7km from Eden on the Bay) opposite Fynbos Lifestyle Estate on Tryall Road. The bedroom is upstairs with en-suite bathroom, with a stunning view of Table Mountain and the fynbos green belt. Includes:

About the roomies

I am an IT professional, working from home 3 days per week and on-site 2 days per week. My tenant is a teacher at a nearby school. We are both very kind, considerate, and helpful guys - we are both gamers and not very noisy :) We are looking for someone who has similar values and attitudes than ours.
