Preferential rates are available for stays of three months or longer. The required deposit will depend on the length of stay. You are welcome to me for availability, viewings and long-stay rates.
The monthly rental includes water, electricity, uncapped Wi-Fi and regular room cleaning. Laundry services are available at an additional charge.
Capri is a comfortable, fully furnished room at Villa Sant’ Andrea in St Andrews, Bedfordview. It includes a queen-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, television, built-in cupboards, and a tea and coffee station.
Guests have use of a nearby shared self-catering kitchen, as well as the property’s swimming pool, gardens and communal outdoor areas.
