Preferential rates are available for stays of three months or longer. The required deposit will depend on the length of stay. You are welcome to me for availability, viewings and long-stay rates.
The monthly rental includes water, electricity, uncapped Wi-Fi and regular room cleaning. Laundry services are available at an additional charge.
Portugal is a spacious, fully furnished self-catering studio at Villa Sant’ Andrea in St Andrews, Bedfordview. It includes a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower, television, built-in cupboards, and a dining or work area.
The private kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. The unit opens directly onto a shared balcony, and guests can also enjoy the property’s swimming pool, gardens and communal outdoor areas.
Villa Sant’ Andrea is a quiet, clean and friendly lodge mainly occupied by working professionals and longer-term guests. It is situated in a pleasant, elevated part of St Andrews near Senderwood, with convenient access to Bedfordview, surrounding business areas, shops, main routes and OR Tambo International Airport.
