Preferential rates are available for stays of three months or longer. The required deposit will depend on the length of stay. You are welcome to me for availability, viewings and long-stay rates.
The monthly rental includes water, electricity, uncapped Wi-Fi and regular room cleaning. Laundry services are available at an additional charge.
China is a comfortable, fully furnished self-catering studio at Villa Sant’ Andrea in St Andrews, Bedfordview. It includes a double bed, private en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, television, ceiling fan, built-in cupboards and a private kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-plate stove, microwave and sink. The studio opens onto a shared balcony.
Guests can also enjoy the property’s swimming pool, gardens and communal outdoor areas.
Villa Sant’ Andrea is a quiet, clean and friendly lodge mainly occupied by working professionals and longer-term guests. It is situated in a pleasant, elevated part of St Andrews near Senderwood, with convenient access to Bedfordview, surrounding business areas, shops, main routes and OR Tambo International Airport.
