You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, giving you plenty of personal space. The only time your bathroom may be shared is if we have guests over or if we’d like to use the bathtub, as it’s the only bath in the apartment. Other than that, your bathroom is yours to enjoy.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, a 26-year-old working professional, and my wonderful 8-year-old son. He’s a sweet, friendly, and well-mannered child, so I’m looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable living in a home with a child.

The apartment is peaceful, clean, and well looked after, and I value mutual respect, open communication, and creating a warm, comfortable environment for everyone. My current roommate has become like a sister to me over the time we’ve lived together, and I’d love to find someone with whom I can build a similar friendship.
