About the roomies

I work from home so most of the time I’m working so I’m not a bother. I’m clean and prefer people who are clean and have good hygiene as me. Don’t watch TV alot so it’s pretty quiet in the house plus I have meal preps so barely cook, and mostly eat out. I don’t mind having a friendship with whoever I stay with but I expect the roomy to remember personal boundaries and that technically I’m still the landlord. Otherwise I’m cool, and will stay out of your business.
