Very quiet block, so looking for a chilled, friendly and private person, who understands communal living and having neighbours, to share my space. Would suit a professional person or student focused on studies, who enjoys the quieter life . No parties or noise. Use of kitchen & lounge area. Dishwasher & Washing Machine Close to shops and restaurants and schools.

50 year old female working professional, working Monday to Friday office hours. My teen daughter comes some weekends for a night or two from school. Week nights are generally spent relaxing at home, dinner and chill. I am easy going and looking for like minded people.
