Farmhouse with a huge garden, swimming pool, and great hiking routes very closeby. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, also washing machine & tumble dryer. Internet included, water included, secure parking included, electricity & gas for own account. The room has a private entrance which opens directly to the verandah & garden. The property is close to Constantia Nek, in the direction of Hout Bay (not as shown on the roomies map).
There are two housemates, 26 and 40 years old, very easy going.
It’s a communal living property, with more people living in other houses on the property, mostly between ages twenty to forty - also a family in another house.
You’re welcome to come view the property and meet the community, and ask anything you’d like to know!
