Old farmhouse with a huge garden, swimming pool, and great hiking routes very closeby. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, also washing machine & tumble dryer. Biweekly cleaning included, water included, secure parking included, electricity & gas for own account. The room has it’s own entrance which opens directly to the verandah & garden. The property is close to Constantia Nek, in the direction of Hout Bay (not as shown on the roomies map).

I am overseas beginning of August till end of November, so my room is available for sublease during those four months. Willing to be somewhat flexible if you have to move on a specific date.

There are two bathrooms which are shared between yourself and two others, although they will only move in later in August (for now you’d have the house to yourself).

There are more people living on the property as a whole, mostly between ages twenty to forty, also a family in another house. You’re welcome to come view the property and meet the community, and ask anything you’d like to know!

PS - Since I’m leaving soonish I’d prefer viewings to be ASAP :)
