I’ve been lucky enough to call this beautiful three-bedroom house in Royal Ascot home and I’m looking for someone to share it with! The available room is an unfurnished bedroom, you’ll have your own bathroom, while the kitchen, lounge and outdoor spaces are shared. The house has a lovely garden, outdoor entertainment area, double garage, a home office, and everything you need to feel at home. It’s in a secure complex with plenty of visitor parking and a really peaceful atmosphere with lots of beautiful green space.

One of the things I love most about living here is the area. Royal Ascot is safe, quiet and perfect for afternoon walks, with beautiful parks and green spaces nearby. It’s also incredibly convenient and not far out of town, it takes 15 mins to get to town with no traffic. The house is just a few minutes from the Paddocks Shopping Centre, beaches, great restaurants and gyms, with easy access to Century City, the N1 and the Cape Town CBD.

I’m a 27-year-old working professional in marketing with a busy but balanced lifestyle. Between work, Pilates, horse riding and catching up with friends, I’m often on the go, so I really value having a calm, clean and relaxed home to come back to.

I’m friendly, easy-going and very much a girl’s girl :) I don’t host parties or large gatherings, as I usually prefer meeting friends out and about.

You’ll also be sharing the home with my two affectionate little Yorkies, so ideally you’ll be a dog lover too! 🐶

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate female housemate, ideally another young professional or a mature student, who is looking for a peaceful place to call home.
