Hiya! Some info regarding the place: The property is in Chelsea Village, Wynberg and the room available is on the mezzanine level. It is an open space loft apartment with lots of light and a good amount of storage. There is a very spacious kitchen and lounge with a built in dining table/ kitchen island. There is a gorgeous courtyard with room for a car to be parked. The bathroom is an en-suite of sorts to the room I am currently staying in, however it has not posed any problems with my previous roommate :) WiFi, DSTV and water is included and electricity is prepaid.

I am a 22 year old looking for a tidy non-smoker female housemate. I have a two year tuxedo cat who is very sweet and chatty and is good with people! I am finishing up my degree/starting my professional career and I am a very friendly person who loves reading, podcasts and any/all sitcoms, and I have on good authority that I am a great housemate!
